eb333 Terms & Conditions

Reading this document carefully before creating an account or using any service on the eb333 platform is mandatory. All conditions described here will be considered accepted by the user.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between eb333 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "you"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any service on eb333, you will be considered to have voluntarily given your full consent to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the platform. eb333 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Definitions & Applicability

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

  • "Platform" — The eb333 website (https://eb333.lat) and all its associated services, games, and mobile interfaces.
  • "User" — Any person who has opened or attempted to open an account on the eb333 platform.
  • "Account" — The personal profile assigned to a user on eb333 where balance, transaction history, and bonuses are stored.
  • "Real Money" — Funds with actual monetary value that the user has deposited into their account.
  • "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits provided by eb333 that become withdrawable only after specific conditions are met.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These Terms apply to all individuals using the eb333 platform from Bangladesh. If online gaming is legally restricted in any country or region, it is the user's own responsibility to use the platform from that region.

Alongside these Terms, eb333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered part of the complete agreement.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account and use services on the eb333 platform:

  • The user must be at least 21 years of age.
  • The user must operate the account in their own name and of their own free will.
  • Creating or operating an account on behalf of any minor is strictly prohibited.
  • Each individual may operate only one account.
  • All information provided by the user must be completely accurate and up to date.

If any discrepancy is found during age verification, eb333 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and place all funds on hold through the appropriate process.

By opening an account, the user personally confirms that they meet all the above conditions. eb333 may request identity and age verification documents at any stage, and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the eb333 platform, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The information provided at registration is used for subsequent deposit and withdrawal verification. Providing false information is considered a violation of the Terms and may result in account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one active account. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all related accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may be subject to review.

3.3 Password & Login Security

The responsibility for maintaining account security rests entirely with the user. Users must follow these guidelines:

  • Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
  • Do not share login credentials with any third party.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, notify eb333 support immediately.
  • Even if the account is used by a third party, the user bears full responsibility.

eb333 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure; however, ensuring personal security is the user's own responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the eb333 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all four methods is ৳100. No commission or processing fee applies to deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

After a successful deposit, funds are generally reflected in the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed, please contact eb333 support.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only possible via the same payment method used to deposit into the account, or one that has been verified against the user's identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Successfully approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily held in the following situations:

  • If identity or age verification is incomplete.
  • If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met.
  • If there is suspicion of unusual activity on the account.
  • If there are technical or payment gateway issues.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

eb333 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15 times must be met. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
  • A bonus can be received only once per account.
  • The wagering requirement of any previous bonus must be met before claiming a new one.
  • eb333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • No bonus is transferable or convertible to cash until the wagering requirement has been met.

Game Rules & Fair Play

eb333 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games available on the platform operate in accordance with reliable technical standards. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

6.1 Game Results & Disputes

If a user has questions about the result of any game, they may submit a written complaint to eb333 support. The matter will be resolved through a review of system logs and game records. In the event of a technical error, eb333 reserves the right to take necessary action, including cancelling the game and refunding bets.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, eb333's own odds-setting policy applies. If a match is abandoned or incomplete, eb333 will settle bets in accordance with prevailing industry standards. The scope for amendment or cancellation after a bet has been accepted is limited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eb333 platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Opening an account using another person's identity.
  • Applying manipulative betting strategies with the intent of abusing bonuses.
  • Any attempt to influence the system through hacking, cheating, or the use of software.
  • Using the account for money laundering or illegal activities.
  • Playing on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's algorithm or games.
  • Providing false or misleading information.

eb333 reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate associated funds if a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by eb333

eb333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of the Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity or age verification.
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
  • If the security of the account is under threat.
  • To comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

8.2 Closure by User

Users may also request account closure through eb333 support. If there is any eligible balance at the time of closure, it will be returned via the applicable method after the verification process is complete.

Responsible Gaming

eb333 believes strongly in responsible gaming. Online gaming carries the risk of addiction and can cause harm to users. eb333 encourages users to take the following protective measures:

  • Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Activate self-exclusion for a set period of time.
  • Never bet beyond your entertainment budget.
  • Do not play using borrowed money or someone else's funds.

Limits of Liability

eb333 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, eb333 is not liable in the following situations:

  • Loss of a session or bet due to internet disconnection.
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
  • Issues related to the user's own device or network.
  • Service disruptions during unexpected system maintenance.
  • Any loss resulting from a user's violation of the terms and conditions.

If an abnormal result occurs in any game due to a technical error, eb333 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake. If a user wins incorrectly due to a technical error, that amount may be adjusted from the account.

Privacy & Data Protection

If there is any complaint or dispute, the user must first attempt to resolve it directly with eb333 support. The complaint process:

  2. If needed, write the details by email and attach relevant screenshots or information.
  3. eb333 will review the issue and respond within a reasonable time.
